Let’s solve St Pete’s housing emergency together.

We are a coalition of local organizations, unions, businesses, and concerned citizens working to transform housing here in St Petersburg, Florida.

St Pete is a great Florida town. But with some of the highest increases in housing costs in the nation since the pandemic, fully a quarter of renting households now pay half of their income or more in rent. As a result, working people are fleeing and the gentrification is taking place.

“Business as usual” won’t stop the displacement and evictions. The Affordable St Pete Coalition exists to bring St Pete residents together to demand stronger investment in housing solutions to make sure St Pete works for all its people.
